Our sausages are made using Farm Assured British Pork, sourced from a farm on the Essex/ Suffolk boarder. Our sausages contain over 75% premium cuts of meat (Shoulder & Belly is used, no straight fat like most sausages on market)
We have recently created our own locally sourced venison sausage. If you would like us to create a sausage for your special occasion we can match the theme… within limit, of course!!
