THE FARM

We source our pigs from one main farm on the Essex/ Suffolk Boarder and a smaller farm in Hertfordshire. Essex/ Suffolk- Wheat and barley are grown on the same farm to feed the pigs where they are outdoor reared and live in open yards bedded with the straw from the farm. Hertfordshire- Free range pure bred Gloucester Old Spot pigs are reared and left to roam the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside thus ensuring a very happy upbringing, resulting in exceptional pork. Both farms are BPA and SALSA Registered.

THE ESTATE

Historic Knebworth Estate in Hertfordshire is a very special place for us, we are based in Knebworth and have very close ties with both the estate and its people. Our Venison for the Knebworth Sausage comes from the Estate, the Deer which is both free range and organic is free to roam 400 acres of picturesque parkland.
